EDTI is the service mark of Environmental Drilling Technology, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation, dba "EDTI". The company is a consortium of oil industry experienced managers, engineers, technical experts, and field supervisors, who provide drilling engineering consulting and drilling technology transfer, which is primarily aimed at increasing hydrocarbon production production from oil and gas well wild-cat or in-field drilling.

The EDTI company consists of five groups:

  1. The EDTI Investments Group (for long term capital gains); 
  2. The EDTI Consulting Group (drilling mud laboratory); 
  3. The EDTI Corporate Facilities Group (accounts receivable & payable);
  4. The EDTI Transfer Division (drilling training Institute);
  5. The EDTI Advisors Group.

EDTI's Investments Group consists of two sub-divisions: 

1. The first for investments in insurance, stock equities and real estate. 
2. The second owns the following retail firms:

(a) Intecnology Air & Water Filtration Co. LLC, which manufactures state-of-the-art air-&-water filters and filtration systems for drinking water, cooling towers, and swimming pools. 
(b) "Ye Olde Shoppe LLC", a retail outlet (in Park Lane Shopping Center) which sells old-world home decor and items of nostalgic interest. 
(c) "Talk-In-Style" (a Woodland Hills Mall kiosk) which sells cellular phone accessories

EDTI's Consulting Group consists of a staff of four employed by "Estes Consulting Group Inc." These professionals are recognized "high-level" experts, because their career work has contributed to the advancement of the "state-of-the-art" that the oil industry expresses and enjoys today. Such high quality expertise assures our clients of achieving the technical goals of drilling projects by satisfying environmental compliance, constraining drilling costs, and by providing the services of an independent drilling-fluids laboratory. Optimized well plans can be implemented for clients by EDTI's pool of "on-call" well-site supervisors.

EDTI's Corporate Facilities Group consists of a staff of three employed in the corporate office of the EDTI holding company.

EDTI's Technology Transfer Group Group consists of the "Environmental Drilling Training Institute LLC". The Institute's founding instructors are experts, in their respective areas of specialization, because their careerwork resulted in either improved oil-industry standards or new successful commercial products used for oil and/or gas well drilling.
